So far it's been only ok. I'm afraid to ask questions because my store manager tends to get very irritated with me when I dont remember how to do something on the POS instantly after being shown once or maybe twice. I dont like trying to convince customers to sign up for credit cards.

The sales associates and other keyholders and assistant manager are all very friendly and willing to help. I cant say the same of the store manager.

I need more and better training, more than "you did this wrong, why?" And an angry explanation of what I need help with. A keyholder manual would help immensely.
