Great experience with the team but management is too bureaucratic, slow, prefers meetings over actions. Managers and staff do all the work, directors and above only care about themselves.

The CEO compensation is totally out-of-whack with what everyone else gets (7 million shares!), while rank-and-file that actually do the work will never get a chance to make anything. The executive team makes too much in comparison, freelancers are underpaid.
