I enjoy work, and I am compelled to do the best job I can.
There are great days and bad days but overall, my experience has taught me a lot about what we do and how we can better assist each other as well as those who applied for services provided by the agency. The work environment is oppressive. Most of the work is highly redundant, and the atmosphere is remarkably like that of a factory. Management is devious and corrupt at all levels.
