I would have said both yes and no about working with my coworkers. I think outside events are nice. In office setting, civility is lacking. I think our environment is toxic and I have considered leaving because it is not healthy.

It's not my coworkers fault that everyone is doing three jobs. People are rapidly leaving the company and either not being replaced or they bring in corporate yes-people who look good on paper, but bring no substance to the team.

Co workers at waters have been demotivated that much that everyone concentrates on themself. Any good issues that are raised in meetings are never addressed. So the meetings stand in silence most of the time.
