They are young hard-working professionals who are looking for advance learning opportunities. The mindset in operations is not conducive to providing such learning but is expected to be self-driven. This day in age mgmt has to take an aggressive approach for long term development for their team.

The Team on the 4am Freezer shift is the best. I love getting to see my co workers and talk to them. Everyone in the freezer is nice and they care for each other, always willing to lend a helping hand.

More thoughtful communication from management and better development and interest in individual employees regardless of how much you like your job or them is what I expectbof a direct supervisor as I always gave that to my team in a leadership position. Empowerment and leadership is lacking.

Everyone is so short of help they are doing what they have to do- no one corporately is giving their best anymore , theyre just keeping their heads above water

It would be nice if the upper management actually tired to do our jobs for a day, then they would see just how bad we have it at the lowest level of an employee. They tell us how to do our jobs, and when we do not succeed they don't bother to see out side of the "coin"
