Very supportive and helpful to employees

Our leadership team actually jumps in to help out if department is swamped with customers. I was shocked when a manager who had transferred to another department actually stayed 2 hours past his shift ending to help out our department. I love it here.

Leadership needs to get better at actually getting down and dirty to work and not just deploying their youngest employee to do all the hard work and never get benefited from working their tail off ( never a raise option only a lousy 50 cent increase every 6 months )

At the store level there is a lot of playing favorites. a person that doesn't show up for 3+ shifts without calling in or bringing in a drs not doesn't get into trouble, but someone like myself that needs to call in and brings in a dr not gets my hrs cut and written up.
