Very supportive and helpful to employees
Our leadership team actually jumps in to help out if department is swamped with customers. I was shocked when a manager who had transferred to another department actually stayed 2 hours past his shift ending to help out our department. I love it here.

Im 42 with defades of customer service experience. When the recruiter found out im adhd and asd, hr low balled me. Im only making $17 hourly.
The number one issue i have is the 401k deposits... they only deposit quarterly... rediculous. They keep money owed to you (per their guidelines) making interest, then pay in 4 lump sums a year? Petty.
Heartbroken that the decent part time health insurance is expensive yet has a $2000 deductible. I can't believe it's not lower. 1 of my medications having to be paid out of pocket would cost twice the new 72 bucks out of my pocket a month.
I want to feel safe and be away from the hostile employees as they never get reprimanded. Hey, dumpster diving is approved, provided the offending garbage is placed in a cambro with a lid and placed in the "enemy" territory. Give those dumpster divers an award!

More thoughtful communication from management and better development and interest in individual employees regardless of how much you like your job or them is what I expectbof a direct supervisor as I always gave that to my team in a leadership position. Empowerment and leadership is lacking.

Interviewing to change departments is confusing and impersonal. They offer a mock interview but when you don’t get the position the critique is word for word the same for everyone. They give the impression they support you but some of those in hr are not mature enough to be in the position they
Some people are prohibited to apply fir jobs simple because of their current position. Wegmans is missing out on potentially good leaders and managers because they refuse to look at a person's potential.
