More thoughtful communication from management and better development and interest in individual employees regardless of how much you like your job or them is what I expectbof a direct supervisor as I always gave that to my team in a leadership position. Empowerment and leadership is lacking.
Communication and being able to work independently
Co-workers are nice. But they are focused on their jobs which seem easier than mine.
Everyone is so short of help they are doing what they have to do- no one corporately is giving their best anymore , theyre just keeping their heads above water
It would be nice if the upper management actually tired to do our jobs for a day, then they would see just how bad we have it at the lowest level of an employee. They tell us how to do our jobs, and when we do not succeed they don't bother to see out side of the "coin"
