Compensation and benefits are fantastic for a company this size. Additionally, 12 weeks fully paid for all new parents, ample vacation time, and the flexible work schedule/environment make it that much better.

I think the amount of PTO is the best part of my compensation package. It gives me the flexibility to plan a couple of weeks off, while also reserving days for being sick/emergencies.

I am making less than I was at my last job and after the years of experience I have in the industry I feel like I could be making more. And there has been no talk of a raise or an annual increase in pay, I've asked about it and haven't gotten any clear answers about either. Same with a bonus.
