The culture at WSO2 makes the challenging work possible. The WSO2 culture inspires teamwork, collaboration, experimentation, growth, opportunity, and fulfillment. I never worked for such a rewarding organization and I've work for Cray Research and Microsoft.

Does WSO2 drug test or do a background check?
Background checks are done on request
No drug tests but they do background checks when required.
What benefits does WSO2 provide?
Financial support for post-graduate related studies subject to company policy. Health Insurance, as per the Company Healthcare plan Out Patient Department (OPD) reimbursement of Rs. 25,000/- per annum (per individual or per family unit). Life insurance coverage for permanent employees which would include Life, Personal Accident Cover and Critical Illness Cover. Breakfast and refreshments are provided free of charge, while lunch is provided at a heavily subsidized rate. Creche available (depending on the location of office) at a heavily subsidized rate catering to children aged at least 4 months up to 2 years.

WFH is an opportunity afforded to all employees (except interns)
What's the internship program like at WSO2?
Internships are offered as 3 month and 6 month programs. The interns have direct access to the heads of the teams so they learn a great deal and very sought after as interns of WSO2

A great team player who is willing to go the extra mile. Qualifications on paper are great but that is not all that is considered to be successful on the HR team

I don't know. We have not had to layoff anyone.

Very good. You earn your way up based on how you perform. Its perfect as you don't replace anyone. You are rewarded for what you have achieved.
