Awful Company to work for. They do not care. Micromanage and make you feel like you are lazy if you don't follow their ridiculous structure. They ask for feedback then tell you why your feedback is not revelant. Worse company by far to sell for.

Listening to the feedback. Improve training that doesnt mean it needs to be longer. Stop micromanaging and trust your managers.

With lack of training there is a longer ramp up period so either fix training or offer a higher salary.
