They are fun to do
They get it. We are trying to get each other through the days so we can be successful without the help or support of management.
Unfortunately, the majority of co-workers are afraid to speak out for fear of getting fired. Team meetings are one-sided, the Manager speaks and dictates, and everyone remains quiet due to the fear of losing their job. Sad situation. This is a telemarketing bolier room Company now.

Team leadership, positive reinforcement and servant “all-in” attitude. Less complaining, more win
They teach sales people to say things to the customer to make a purchase without any intentions of living up to their side of the bargain. Take a look at their reviews online and you will see many unhappy customers who feel like they were lied to. Breakdown between what is sold and what they deliver
