They have done this job and are the best mentors.
Have done the job they hired you for. Always bringing best in class training, solution products for clients and great incentives/pay.
leadership (on the east coast) is great. my regional VP always answers calls from his reps if they need him.
Open, honest and straight forward

Communication, training, culture, environment, energy
less micro management to sales
Review from Sales Dept
Listening to the feedback. Improve training that doesnt mean it needs to be longer. Stop micromanaging and trust your managers.
Motivation tactics, company culture, team building
Focus on their customers and employees and not themselves. Poor management at all levels of management in the Company. Poor compensation, long hours, negative approach to employees and customers needs to be changed by the CEO who is letting managment underneath him run rampart.

The commission paid on new business and car allowance.
Commissions are paid monthly and motivate you to sell to 2 or more new clients a month. Residual income is excellent motivator to take care of your existing clients.
I am jn charge of what j make. Want a raise sell more
Salary plus commission plus bonuses, benefits
base salary is decent. the commission structure is only as good as they make it sound once you're pumping out 3-4 sales a month. it's a long sales cycle and hard to do
From reviews, I am seeing that pay structure changes without warning.
Review from Sales Dept
With lack of training there is a longer ramp up period so either fix training or offer a higher salary.
Sales quotas are always changing, for the WORST. Hibu needs to get back to higher wages, sales quotas that can attained, and listen to employees and customers. Quit forcing policies, get feedback and change.

Retention is hard, should be more rewarded
Happy, great attitudes and teamwork .

Team is candid. Not afraid to ask questions and share what works out in the field and what is not working.
culture is good. most management does care
share information and help when you need

Our Training is the best in the industry
Better communication and better training
Team leadership, positive reinforcement and servant “all-in” attitude. Less complaining, more win
They teach sales people to say things to the customer to make a purchase without any intentions of living up to their side of the bargain. Take a look at their reviews online and you will see many unhappy customers who feel like they were lied to. Breakdown between what is sold and what they deliver

Half my team is great and the other half is just here for the paycheck
Co-workers are the one thing at hibu that will get you through the day. Great group of people.
From Leadership to Managers, you have access to experience, training, tools, proven solutions, data and examples that you can use to become successful in your sales.
very intensive training for sales

Good people, great environment overall
The environment is really nice. Especially the outside part with the pond, eating area and gazebos
Listen to your employees, stop assuming you know and that people are lazy.
Hiring professionals, recognizing their unique strengths Better hiring practices, strategic leadership (fewer levels of mid-management all focused on the same task), mentor programs, standardization of regional practices to reduce episodes of rogue leaders who degrade culture and vision.
Morale has been low for about 2 years or more. The company has made it worse with unrealistic work deadlines and micromanaging.
Hiring Manager showed me what is presented to prospects via company issued laptop, while I shadowed him to visit prospects in a territory, for a few hours. At end of the day, we sat down, and I was able to ask questions. At the end, he asked me if I wanted to join their team! 10 days later I started
It was easy to get the job.
The recruiter was awesome and the meetings were virtual.
Interview is very misleading now. Promises made about income that will never be fulfilled. Turnover is kept at a secret because it is so high.
Review from Sales Dept
The Regional spent more time trying to sell me on the job and talk about his basketball days then actually interviewing me.

They need to make sure the follow up woth mew clients is a priority.
The Company, Hibu, went from an amazing Company to work for to the absolute worst Company to work for. Hibu is non-supporter of its employees and customers and that is why employees are leaving and so are valued clients.
Review from Sales Dept
Go back to under promise and over deliver. Currently its the opposite.
Review from Sales Dept
They are more concern with getting new customers then keeping existing customers. It is impossible to sell what you do not believe in. I wish they would make it easier for their salespeople by living up to their end of the bargain. The fulfillment of the product or service.
