Good people, great environment overall
The environment is really nice. Especially the outside part with the pond, eating area and gazebos

Listen to your employees, stop assuming you know and that people are lazy.
Hiring professionals,recognizing their unique strengths Better hiring practices, strategic leadership (fewer levels of mid-management all focused on the same task), mentor programs, standardization of regional practices to reduce episodes of rogue leaders who degrade culture and vision.
Morale has been low for about 2 years or more. The company has made it worse with unrealistic work deadlines and micromanaging.
