Focus on their customers and employees and not themselves. Poor management at all levels of management in the Company. Poor compensation, long hours, negative approach to employees and customers needs to be changed by the CEO who is letting managment underneath him run rampart.

Company fulfillment is grossly lacking, forcing sales to jump in since to the customers THEY ARE Hibu, then told by their RSM to "focus on new". The result is churn and burn customers and sales reps. If you are interviewing with this Company, ask the hard questions about turnovwe.

From reviews, I am seeing that pay structure changes without warning.

Sales quotas are always changing, for the WORST. Hibu needs to get back to higher wages, sales quotas that can attained, and listen to employees and customers. Quit forcing policies, get feedback and change.

Compensation is great! Enhancing other benefits would be nice. It'd be great if they went public & we could get stock.

Without proper fulfillment on the back end, reps have to constantly go back to do/fix things that fulfillment promised but did not do, causing customers to fall out. This makes it unlikely you will acheive and sustain top tier pay. Ask percent of reps at premium pay, actual numbers, they track it.

Unfortunately, the majority of co-workers are afraid to speak out for fear of getting fired. Team meetings are one-sided, the Manager speaks and dictates, and everyone remains quiet due to the fear of losing their job. Sad situation. This is a telemarketing bolier room Company now.

They teach sales people to say things to the customer to make a purchase without any intentions of living up to their side of the bargain. Take a look at their reviews online and you will see many unhappy customers who feel like they were lied to. Breakdown between what is sold and what they deliver

Interview is very misleading now. Promises made about income that will never be fulfilled. Turnover is kept at a secret because it is so high.

The Company, Hibu, went from an amazing Company to work for to the absolute worst Company to work for. Hibu is non-supporter of its employees and customers and that is why employees are leaving and so are valued clients.

They are more concern with getting new customers then keeping existing customers. It is impossible to sell what you do not believe in. I wish they would make it easier for their salespeople by living up to their end of the bargain. The fulfillment of the product or service.
