Selling and increasing accounts at a high level.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Nice people. Most are easy to talk to. Some are a little judgmental but that's everywhere.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is great! Enhancing other benefits would be nice. It'd be great if they went public & we could get stock.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The executive leadership is forward thinking & has a lot of energy. The middle management team leaves quite a bit to be desired.
