Terrible MGMT. We can't keep parts to run the lines. Warehouse over crowded. Not enough room to do your job. Making employees work on weekends for the failed planning of the people in charge. They continue to hire their unqualified friends to Jobs they are not qualified for. This location needs help

According to the numbers. One shift is producing at a much higher level. However the shift with the worst output is getting paid 1.50 more per hour make that make sense.

New employees receive no training no opportunity for advancement your immediate supervisor have no input or interest in doing anything to help anyone except those people who have their ear. In other words they are frightened to death to do their job. It'
