What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly atmosphere with great leadership and everybody is always on about 175%
Some of my coworkers helped me when I started, but not team leaders. I was falsely accused of something I did not do
There's nothing. Once you've been exposed to how things actually work here you just tune out and do your job knowing that you are not appreciated

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication with role clarity and ORG tree clarity
To correct the issues stated by the associate so that they may complete the task they were given.. ( proper tools)
Focus, commitment and direction for our parent group. We are a non-automotive group and very little consideration is made for our operational needs. We are second to anything automotive, yet a huge part of quality manufacturing. One DENSO is preached, but not executed.
