To stay within the same rate as inflation at least.
According to the numbers. One shift is producing at a much higher level. However the shift with the worst output is getting paid 1.50 more per hour make that make sense.

Focus, commitment and direction for our parent group. We are a non-automotive group and very little consideration is made for our operational needs. We are second to anything automotive, yet a huge part of quality manufacturing. One DENSO is preached, but not executed.
