The management will do anything to avoid taking the blame for anything; including writing up a team member for "inappropriate time management" because he was in the office doing paperwork and the store got busy.
My fellow coworkers do their best to avoid conflict and appease the higher ups so that they can work in peace. Rather than fulfilling their actual duties to the best of their ability and being rewarded for it.
