Everyone gets a 2 unless you're well-liked by management and have never made a mistake in your entire life. You get a 1 if you have made even one small mistake or ask for clarity on a task. If you get a 1 within 6 months of hire, you are fired.

  • Absolutely terrible. Only the worst people work at the University of Utah.

  • Terrible. An analyst from another department would constantly do my work before I had a chance, which prevented me from learning my job for the first two months. Then, when the third month rolled around and I still wasn't proficient, they wondered why I wasn't doing well and proceeded to berate me and refer to me as incompetent. It is a toxic atmosphere. Do not work here.

They will not pitch in, they will not answer questions, and they even photograph you during meetings or while you're away from your desk.
