I think the company is good, but some bad apples within the system are ruining it.

To train people on how to be better managers. For leadership and HR team to take employee concerns and complaints seriously and not turn a blind eye, despite high attrition and unhappiness within the team.

Better interaction with hiring SPOC. Mine was very pushy, erratic, and also screamed at me at one point. He also blamed me for something that wasn't my fault - because he failed to keep the internal team informed. All this before even joining the company.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
I joined the organization believing it would be the right move and a great learning opportunity. But I have been reduced to doing menial, exceptional tasks that are worse than my previous role. I would be happy if my manager changes.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel undervalued, not respected & put under unnecessary, unwelcome scrutiny by my manager. Despite joining from a team lead role, I am being micromanaged & disrespected daily. She is rude and always looking for opportunities to put me down. There is no direction provided or any sense of team.
