The director of the team is responsible for the morale and retention of the staff

Be more collaborative and help each other

Everyday I feel like I'm going into a fight to convince people to do their best work rather than doing the bare minimum to keep the lights on. There is a lack of purpose or single unifying goal to bring people together.

Actually work. A lot of people dont do the work.

The talent is average at best and people simply do not like their jobs.
