Review from Business Development Dept

Transparency, support, care, honest, good leadership

The leaders are very professional

Nice team under the division

Smart relatable and purpose driven

Strong leadership and inclusive culture

Our executive management team is dynamic and involved -- I am impressed with the energetic and hands-on support of my division leadership given the size of the company.

They listen and support us.

The leadership team is always looking out for my best interest and helping me to develop my career plan.

Strong leadership team with passion, commitment and result oriented.

They are approachable and honest

Review from Sales Dept

Low level management is tied into the business and has a better understanding of how to achieve goals

They are responsive and easy to talk to

he is very motivating to his team

Always putting plans together. Open to some exit with communication upon feedback.

Abbott's leadership team is the most supportive team.

I think they are understanding

Respect throughout the levels of hierarchy

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually putting people/employees first and building a robust talent strategy and development plan

Communication. To actually listen to their employees suggestions and fix broken equipment. Managements focus is on small things rather than the real issues in the lab with an over fixation on production numbers.

Listen more stop all the micro management and not allowing executive leadership team understand what is truly going on in the business

They need to be more experienced and less self serving

The leadership team is here to guide and develop the company, not dictate orders from on high. Innovation doesn't come from the top down, but from collaboration.

Transparency. Growing talent. They slso need to breakdown silos.

Communication, honesty, accountability, awareness, stop with favoritism.

Make improving culture a priority. Stop being a top down company that kills the trust of your employees.

Learn how to inspire people not to control and suffocate human beings. Learn how to pull not to push and develop their subordinates. Abbott deserves best people ever.

Review from Sales Dept

need to get realistic about workload

Fight for whats right when it comes to their employees.

The Leaders are more worried about their bonuses not the products delivered to Customers. The office politics are exceptionally brutal and toxic

Care about your employees and don't make them work 20 hours/day

Work-life balance; treating employees fairly; eliminating 12 hour work days and expecting people to work on PTO; not forcing people to work in the office during a pandemicand tsking role call; Not lying to employees

Review from Operations Dept

An improved consistency on what is said aloud vs what directed to do behind closed doors. Very much a superficial verner that is transparent to most. Leadership doesn't do a good job of 'masking' this fake facade. Just be more honest and reduce this persona.

Professional Communication and reallocate resources

Review from Sales Dept

Stick to the company goals and treat all employees fairly

Review from Operations Dept

Communication on initiatives across work streams

Review from Business Development Dept

Rewarding employees, retention, benefits, perks
