Try to improve process and aim for quality of products
The leadership teams focus is on developing team members and setup for future success.
Review from Operations Dept
They are approachable and welcome new ideas and suggestions. They create an environment where people feel empowered to share their thoughts. They recognize and value achievers.
Review from Business Development Dept
Transparency, support, care, honest, good leadership
The leaders are very professional
Actually putting people/employees first and building a robust talent strategy and development plan
Communication. To actually listen to their employees suggestions and fix broken equipment. Managements focus is on small things rather than the real issues in the lab with an over fixation on production numbers.
Listen more stop all the micro management and not allowing executive leadership team understand what is truly going on in the business
They need to be more experienced and less self serving
The leadership team is here to guide and develop the company, not dictate orders from on high. Innovation doesn't come from the top down, but from collaboration.
The benefits package here at Abbott is a top tier program and yet they continue to push programs that are above and beyond any other industry in the market.
Review from Operations Dept
Salary, benefits and stock options.
Review from Business Development Dept
Every year increment percentage based on your KPI achievement result
Flexible benefits, medical, staff discount, transport allowance are good.
Share option and flex allowance
Because getting less salary and no stock options
Higher compensation and meaningful work
Abbott is very conservative when it comes to compensation. For a Director role, they want someone who is currently a Sr. Director. From a compensation standpoint, they're under market.
Flexibility. Bonuses beyond management level.
They paid more to keep experts instead of paying more for executives with limited contribution
Very helpful with to each other.
Review from IT Dept
Some good people to work
Our roles, personalities, and psychologies all align but are diverse enough that we all have our understood role in the team. this allows us to always push and develop each other inside the team the dynamic.
Review from Operations Dept
ON TIME- HARD WORKER - HAVE A LOYALTY TO WORK
Review from Communications Dept
They are open to collaborate.
Review from Business Development Dept
The director of the team is responsible for the morale and retention of the staff
Be more collaborative and help each other
work quality, time management and problem resolution
Everyday I feel like I'm going into a fight to convince people to do their best work rather than doing the bare minimum to keep the lights on. There is a lack of purpose or single unifying goal to bring people together.
Actually work. A lot of people dont do the work.
Not much corporate culture and environment
they say what the mean, and mean what they say. They have embraced the core values of the organization and act on them day in and day out.
Review from Operations Dept
A friendly environment where I can express myself freely.
Review from Business Development Dept
Great team and company to work, excellent product range and market reputation
everyone goes out of their way to be nice, regardless of it being genuine or not.
Better and more educated leadership
company culture needs to change
Have more flexibility when it comes to hybrid work. It's essentially non-existent.
Listen to employees. Change the leadership in nutrition business. This is the worse leadership team
Executive leadership needs to change
Clear overview of roles and responsibilities
I was interviewed by different people in different positions.
Review from Business Development Dept
Respectful and open conversation, opportunity to share your skills
Interview with overseas stakeholders and direct boss
did a great job representing an Abbott that is vastly different once you work for the company
Everyone was unfriendly and it was strange and uncomfortable.
Give feedback whether hire / no hire
Review from Sales Dept
Ask the Leadership to engage in meaningful dialog, know what are the Company needs they must fulfill. Internal hires need to be evaluated on skill, not seniority within Abbott. Leadership should not promote bad behavior or toxic personnel to more senior positions.
Better interaction with hiring SPOC. Mine was very pushy, erratic, and also screamed at me at one point. He also blamed me for something that wasn't my fault - because he failed to keep the internal team informed. All this before even joining the company.
Review from Communications Dept
Saving diabetic people lives for wuality life
Solving problems to root cause and creatively developing resolutions pushing the teams to future technologies, processes, and component designs.
Review from Operations Dept
doing assessment for malnourishment pateint
Review from Communications Dept
To achieve milestones that gets us closer to reaching and helping more people globally.
Review from Business Development Dept
Novel challenges everyday, systems and processes
Poor leadership causing people to leave
Management can make moves to improve working conditions with functioning equipment and more respect toward their employees. The excellence awards program could be implamented more to build more incentive and community. If employees felt respected and appreciated, more would stay long term.
Hire people that follow the rules
Poorly designed product is being delivered to Customers. Customers experiences with current On Market releases are going to negatively impact future sales of Abbott products.
Aggressive management team that doesn't allow work-life balance.
Review from Operations Dept
Work structure and the advancement options
Review from Business Development Dept
Environment, other workers, benefits
Improve tech capabilities and upgrade systems

Better coffee and perks during the day. Better offices.
