The people here are personable, don't take themselves too seriously, and take responsibility for their mistakes or oversights, give others credit for a job well done or a helping hand. Everyone keeps thing light-hearted to keep work fun while taking their responsibilities very seriously.

Great communicators; relate well to people; get along well with each other; set clear and realistic goals; they are easily accessible if/when you want to talk to them; they are all good managers of people in that they let their managers manage while assisting them with guidance as needed

Getting to work with like-minded people who enjoy helping each other on developing features and products that our users benefit from. The people are definitely the best part of the job. I enjoy the technology and commitment to producing quality products but the people are what make it fun.

the team chemistry and cohesiveness are the best I've ever been a part of. The company emphasizes the importance of hiring the right personality fit as much as the right technical skills and experience. All are very intelligent but collectively they are truly greater than the sum of the parts.
