What is the best part about your compensation package?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is nice towards each other and comfortable enough to raise questions, if needed. Everyone seems to enjoy and grasp our WFH / in-office policy.

That I always have work to keep me busy. And that my customers and I get along well. Lunch is a PLUS when I go into the office. :)
