Don't know, don't care about CEO. At the bottom ANC are not paid near enough. I cannot afford rent. I basically have to beg to get help from management. The whole structure is awful. For a company that says it cares, I sure am stressed to work here.

Communication. The person who interviewed me didn't communicate well, and on my first day sent me to the wrong place.

SUPPORTING THEIR DRIVERS. There's hardly any communication but a constant expectation. They seem over-worked half the time and I feel like the drivers come off as an annoyance to them.

First, PAY YOUR DRIVERS. Second, build a better foundation around the operations and less around management. I get sick of getting emails about some new CEO or COO who got promoted while I'm struggling.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel undervalued because I can't even afford living expenses but I'm expected to make quota every day so the company makes it's budget. I get no support. I don't even have a clue who anyone's boss is or who I can talk to about conditions. This is not how you keep drivers.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
Too long to list, but the people doing the day to day, at least in my case, are working hard to do a good job and we're not rewarded for it. Working for this company has left me nothing but stressed. I LITERALLY cannot afford to work here because cost of living is more than what I'm paid.
