Too much pushed to the employees on bottom. Top managers making money that have no idea how to do the job and have been coddled and kept on teams that sink.

Collaboration team work help each other
All of them need to be held accountable when they DON'T work to help each other. They all say it at the meetings but do NOT actually carry it out. Again, poor management hides this fact.

I was often left out of meetings or when they changed the location of the meeting they neglected to tell me nor did they come to find me to bring me to the meeting.

I think their should be some kind of training that helps people to better deal with others of a different race. The culture is very segregated, and most dealings with co workers of a different race are usually awkward.
