What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Giys are willing to teach you and not talk down to you
The employees I work with daily
No obe interacts because we are tio afraud to say anything that may be taken as offensive or rude. We ard operating on Feelings nit Facts!!! I am all about respect and safety but we are going too far and soon there will be no coming back.
Safety, Helpful and most of all being there for each other
They encourage diversity and individualistic thinking. It's a great culture where people are truely respected and encouraged to come up with ideas on their own.
Safety commitment to completing tasks, and transparency addressing working short falls.
Some of the guys I qrk with are really funny and are friends outside of wrk.And the fact is utterly amazing how many different gasses there are and how they are harvested from the earth

First, PAY YOUR DRIVERS. Second, build a better foundation around the operations and less around management. I get sick of getting emails about some new CEO or COO who got promoted while I'm struggling.
