They are not lustening to anyone other than our VP of Operations who is nothing short of a customers worse nightmare!

Workflow processes and a better concept of the CXR role

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees feel undervalued because we are slowly becoming all burnt out from overworking with a need for a pay increase.
The culture at airgas will never change, its a good old boys club. The working class at this company are viewing as disposable monkeys.

I feel undervalued because I can't even afford living expenses but I'm expected to make quota every day so the company makes it's budget. I get no support. I don't even have a clue who anyone's boss is or who I can talk to about conditions. This is not how you keep drivers.

Too much pushed to the employees on bottom. Top managers making money that have no idea how to do the job and have been coddled and kept on teams that sink.

Collaboration team work help each other
All of them need to be held accountable when they DON'T work to help each other. They all say it at the meetings but do NOT actually carry it out. Again, poor management hides this fact.

I was often left out of meetings or when they changed the location of the meeting they neglected to tell me nor did they come to find me to bring me to the meeting.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Giys are willing to teach you and not talk down to you
The employees I work with daily
No obe interacts because we are tio afraud to say anything that may be taken as offensive or rude. We ard operating on Feelings nit Facts!!! I am all about respect and safety but we are going too far and soon there will be no coming back.
Safety, Helpful and most of all being there for each other
They encourage diversity and individualistic thinking. It's a great culture where people are truely respected and encouraged to come up with ideas on their own.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Promote competence and get rid of worthless employees

Managers and owners love only money .They are beyond repair
There are customers who have seen their account managers in years. they could start by doing their job.

Replace the manager she's gossiping causing discontent
Too long to list, but the people doing the day to day, at least in my case, are working hard to do a good job and we're not rewarded for it. Working for this company has left me nothing but stressed. I LITERALLY cannot afford to work here because cost of living is more than what I'm paid.

Support the customer. This does not happen. Accounts are lost from poor service because of the TEAM. I can give examples if I had someone's ear.
