What do you like best about the leadership team?

My leader ship team is skid

Production manager sucks they don't know what the hell they're doing we keep losing customers they don't give a about anybody

Nothing not having my best days with the assistent manager

They are not lustening to anyone other than our VP of Operations who is nothing short of a customers worse nightmare!

Communication is a big factor.

The leadership team is great with communication

They encourage individuality, celebrate diversity, and encourage entreprenurial spirit.

They are conncearned about making are jobs safe.

Atleast half of them know and care about what there doing

All of our managers wants to see each person succeed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Workflow processes and a better concept of the CXR role

Leadership needs to become better human beings.

They need to stop treating their employees like a revolving door.

Treatment of people. Very poor operation.

Doing right by their employees

Learn how to actually lead.

Communication approachable willing to help discipline when approachable

SUPPORTING THEIR DRIVERS. There's hardly any communication but a constant expectation. They seem over-worked half the time and I feel like the drivers come off as an annoyance to them.

Guidance and giving all ethnicity a chances and not just giving new posistions to friends and buddies

Train ALL your employees, not just your daughter or your supervisors best friend. Billing department supervisor is a total whack job. She complained that I was shuffling papers too loud and stapling too loud.

Helping employees, not yelling, belittling and finger pointing. Not talking behind employees backs with other employees. I think she missed being in high school the way she only works well with certain people. It's so unfortunate that that the company doesn't make managers attend more training.

Relevant training. Do something about the hoarding data culture

Treatment of the staff and communication.

Paying attention to the conditions the workers are subjected to.

Just be a fair company

Be better at having less hostility with the same smile on your face.

The leadership team should address the racial inequality in our company and nation. There is very little black representation in leadership and higher paying jobs across the company and there should be an effort to change that.
