They are not lustening to anyone other than our VP of Operations who is nothing short of a customers worse nightmare!
Communication is a big factor.
The leadership team is great with communication

SUPPORTING THEIR DRIVERS. There's hardly any communication but a constant expectation. They seem over-worked half the time and I feel like the drivers come off as an annoyance to them.

Guidance and giving all ethnicity a chances and not just giving new posistions to friends and buddies
Train ALL your employees, not just your daughter or your supervisors best friend. Billing department supervisor is a total whack job. She complained that I was shuffling papers too loud and stapling too loud.
Helping employees, not yelling, belittling and finger pointing. Not talking behind employees backs with other employees. I think she missed being in high school the way she only works well with certain people. It's so unfortunate that that the company doesn't make managers attend more training.
Relevant training. Do something about the hoarding data culture
