My adult children are covered under my insurance.

401K benefits and large selection of insurance plans.

Weekly pay and starting wage is okay

I am union, non union comp is a ripoff, they get a raise but medical copay raise nullifys it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees feel undervalued because we are slowly becoming all burnt out from overworking with a need for a pay increase.

The culture at airgas will never change, its a good old boys club. The working class at this company are viewing as disposable monkeys.

I feel undervalued because I can't even afford living expenses but I'm expected to make quota every day so the company makes it's budget. I get no support. I don't even have a clue who anyone's boss is or who I can talk to about conditions. This is not how you keep drivers.

No amount of compensation is worth the stress they put you under.

Stop changing commission. Lots of shady stuff going on there

I feel like I am undervalued simply because I am a minority. In a fair situation, any person with my success level and consistent record of having great numbers would be much further ahead than I currently am.
