Always offering to help where they can. Very open and sincere people. They also have a strong vision for where the company is going.

Alida has a good knack of hiring people with the right attitude, outlook and temperament. They show that they care and take it seriously. It's a lot more than I've seen at any other company I've worked at.

Too early for me to tell. Just started but have some growth opps in play. Once those close then I'll happily let you know haha. But to start, it's great that we have incentives on growth - some companies don't offer this.
