Extra time off. Adding days to long weekends, and the trialing of a 4 day work week.

I feel I am under-paid and pushing the salary review from this July to December was sad news.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a culture of being authentic, and it shows. I believe there is strong support for people to be themselves, express their individual opinions and preferences.
