Great environment and great culture. People I know say our company is great because I talk about how great it is (culture, perks, etc). But they get disappointed when they hear about the salaries from recruiters.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning and growing. Getting things done and moving forward.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the company (growth, success, etc) but also really care about the well-beings of employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We used to have fun events and social on Friday afternoon before Covid and I really liked them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I am under-paid and pushing the salary review from this July to December was sad news.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are smart, hard-working, dedicated, and always willing to help me. They communicate well and are pleasant to work with.
