Since coming aboard to Amplify it has been a great experience learning this industry which new education is daily. knowing I have a boss that cares as much for my team as I do and is willing to guide me with direction when asked.

via being paid under market value for the work I do I would much love to be compensated at the 90% of my market value for not only my educational knowledge but for my full expertise in the job, loyalty, and money I save the company within everything I do.

for the skillset and knowledge/education level with work that is assigned in comparison to the market right now I am under paid by $30K annually via communication with other professionals in my field at other companies. Amplify is a great company but is known to compensate low with it's employees
