They really listen to your ideas and take them into consideration for continued improvements both internally and externally. They are incredibly transparent and create a culture of welcome and inclusion.

We have monthly open forum meetings and an anonymous portal for other question. The management team answers all questions. They are also committed to doing what is best for their employees and members. Lastly, they support diversity in the work environment.

It isn't just about your role and you doing the description your job entails but also about learning more if you want to. You have the opportunity to grow if you want. My leadership team is able to be reached when i need help. They look out for you and your goals always.
