I love the fact that we are all able to work individually and as a team and never miss a beat
environment makes me feel protected, if a member is upset, then I don't feel like it is my fault. Management is good to back the bankers. mistakes are mistakes, but some members exaggerate and lie, so it's nice to know that i won't be thrown under the bus
we prop each other up when needed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make sure the leadership is practicing what the executives are preaching.
