It has been the best work experience of my long career. I feel very lucky to be working for a company that cares about me and all its employees. Hard work is expected, but when you love what you do and who you work for, that just comes naturally.

Pretty good so far. I really wanted to move up and have been working really hard to reach that goal. Right now I have not been able to do that, but was given feedback that my work has shown them that if something opens I would be a candidate they would consider.

Friendly and inclusive place to work. Smaller shop, still working out some of the kinks for growth.

Great organization. Not afraid to try new ways to do business. Open to suggestions from all employees at all levels.

It was a mixture of experiences under several managers and team mates from time to time. Every management is different with different rules.

They really listen to your ideas and take them into consideration for continued improvements both internally and externally. They are incredibly transparent and create a culture of welcome and inclusion.

Or pay is determined by the title and not the amount that you contribute, the number of people you manage, or level of workload.

To not have hard stop pay scales where people don't get a raise year after year even in light of high inflation.

the loss of incentive pay and finding out that others were provided compensation and I got nothing was not right!

I believe that tenured bankers deserve to be paid more than bankers who start off. PTO is nice but if I am sick then I am forced to use my vacation time to compensate for it. CCH is a wonderful idea, but there seems to be too many rules about when it can be paid. this can be hard to retail people

I was told last year that my base compensation was maxed out for my position so an actual raise was not provided. We then started hiring new employees in entry level positions at a pay rate higher than mine.

Everyone really works well together. We listen and learn from each other. Major decisions are discussed as a group to get everyone's thoughts and opinions before a final decision is made.

We point fingers instead of working together to make something happen. There is a lot of pressure from management not to make any mistakes are you will be notified with the entire company on the email.

There are a few negatively outspoken people that have been here for awhile that create a toxic environment.

I don't know if its the co-workers or managers. The co-workers can only be as good as management.

They need to be held accountable for their mistakes and their production levels.

Great team atmosphere, friendly and approachable management and teammates, everyone is willing to help out if they are able.

Ability to ask questions of my manager and senior management. They will answer the questions to the best of their ability. I never sense they are withholding information. Regular Town Hall sessions with entire company

It was more about getting to know me as a person rather than work experience. My experience is on my resume which got me the interview in the first place. Of course, work experience did come up, but in a general sense. But making sure I was a good cultural fit is equally as important.

My co-workers and supportive management.

We are usually busy working and days goes by faster. We have good vibes here. Everyone is cooperative.

Compensation plans are being adjusted to reduce producer's income, pay scales are not being increased resulting in no raises for multiple years. Senior leadership being secretive. Nepotism is rampant.

Better Training, decrease the meetings

I feel that I am doing a lot more work than others in my same position, and I am not being compensated or given any form of acknowledgement other than a pat on the back here and there. I think that improving training and having more competitive salaries can improve who is attracted to us.

Thank you for that valuable feedback. We are creating a robust training track for new team members and new managers that will be rolling out soon. We also regularly conduct market pay reviews - even more so with the competitive market we are in.

The focus on extreme left wing politics. Keep politics out of the workplace. It will always be divisive and alienating.
