Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been here for over a year, and the difference in my life is incredible. I didn't know a job could be this good! I truly feel supported and encouraged to follow my ideas and grow my career.

We're really good at working together, even through the disagreements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're always looking forward, and we don't have a "if it's not broke, don't fix it" mentality.
What makes you most happy at work?
My autonomy. I really value being able to work on my own things at my own pace.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like my interviewers really engaged with me and my abilities. I was honest about my values, and they heard (and respected!) them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're completely honest about strategy and why things happen or don't happen. There is also a culture of "no stupid questions or suggestions", and I really appreciate that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have to say transparency again. Seriously--I cannot overstate how excellent it is to work for a company that is so HONEST. Sometimes it's uncomfortable, but that's necessary discomfort!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely transparent. They're not afraid to tackle difficult subjects--and they do so publicly. They share any and all information and it makes working so much easier and more efficient!
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a lot of autonomy over my work day. I have never once felt micromanaged, and I know I have my manager's complete trust. I feel valued for my expertise!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Can't choose one aspect. The insurance is great, the 401k match is awesome (5%), we get three weeks of PTO, and they're constantly reevaluating how happy we are with our benefits. AMAZING.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm encouraged to do what I do. I'm never micromanaged, I have free-rein to innovate or dig deeper into the numbers, and my days are generally clear to actually work--not attend useless meetings.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We try and work as efficiently as possible. We all value critical thinking and getting the right answer, even if it takes a little time! We give each other grace, while also recognizing how talented we are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't talk enough about how critical thinking is valued. It makes such a big difference--because no one is doing "dumb work". There is always a better and faster way to do something, and everyone supports that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our collaboration is really fruitful. Everyone brings their best to the table and creativity is really encouraged. There are no wrong answers! And we're also always trying to make things more efficient or more targeted, all with the goal of delivering faster, better, or easier services.
