The leadership team is transparent with the direction of the company. They are always open to listen to questions and discuss answers.

Openness and honesty. I believe they are being honest with us and keeping us in the loop of how the company is doing and the direction we are heading in.

The cohesion they have together. They all agree on our strategy and this cascades down into messaging that is similar to different divisions so we are working in the same direction.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full time remote, base salary, bonus package.

Insurance. I haven't had to use it yet, but I an comfortable with the current Out of pocket limits. Medical is costly and sure wish we could get back to no deductibles and much lower out of pocket expenses, but that too will come out of the company some how... so I don't mind how it is now.

Our team is passionate about improving the organization. Everything we put resources to has an intent to improve, streamline, or make our member's life easier.

The way that we collaborate. My team works very closely within our team and with other teams. There are so many ideas that come out of the collaboration that make it easy to come up with the best way to implement new ideas.
