What are some of the best things about your team?

Personalities... They are easy to talk with and most importantly, work with.

What makes you most happy at work?

Having something to do makes me feel I make a difference and that I am not only needed, but helping somehow.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Acceptance. I have not run into any conflicting people that I could not work with. Everyone I have spoken with is polite.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Openness and honesty. I believe they are being honest with us and keeping us in the loop of how the company is doing and the direction we are heading in.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Insurance. I haven't had to use it yet, but I an comfortable with the current Out of pocket limits. Medical is costly and sure wish we could get back to no deductibles and much lower out of pocket expenses, but that too will come out of the company some how... so I don't mind how it is now.
