It was a mixture of experiences under several managers and team mates from time to time. Every management is different with different rules.

Satisfying and secure but with la limited carrer path.

My experience with Amplify has been incredible. I have never worked for an organization with some much thought and care into everything we do.

I love how much we offer for our members however I wish there was a little more amplify offered to us Team members.

there are opportunities to do fun activities through marketing, but the work / life balance isn't focused on retail workers. In fact, i feel that retail workers are the least helped. We aren't catered to, we aren't a priority, we just do the job. While we watch other departments be treated better

Transparent , Helping, Organized, Positive, Problem solving.

The transparency that they have.

Being active in listening and respecting the views of the employees

It isn't just about your role and you doing the description your job entails but also about learning more if you want to. You have the opportunity to grow if you want. My leadership team is able to be reached when i need help. They look out for you and your goals always.

How forward thinking they are

The pay is very competitive and the 401K match is good too

I would have to say my current pay I'm contemt with at the moment at least. However i do wish we had quarterly compensation. It's something to look forward to and just push harder to give our best. Its a competitive world and some give more than others and compensation would show it.

The healthcare is fantastic, I've finally been able to take care of my personal health

I get paid more than I ever thought any company would ever pay me for my services, so I'm able to work without any concern for money / pay. In the spirit of the question, I'm probably not the best person to answer.

Or pay is determined by the title and not the amount that you contribute, the number of people you manage, or level of workload.

I believe that tenured bankers deserve to be paid more than bankers who start off. PTO is nice but if I am sick then I am forced to use my vacation time to compensate for it. CCH is a wonderful idea, but there seems to be too many rules about when it can be paid. this can be hard to retail people

I feel like there should be employee discount perks for things we normally use and i feel like the insurance should also have a higher converage for vision or an option to get more coverage vs the flat out 125$ max coverage for glasses because not everyone has great vision. we also need bonuses

I know I could make more at another company, but do not want to leave

Although PTO requirement is nice in theory. If we get sick, then it takes away from vacation time. I can be the difference between a well deserved break, and staying home with a contagious disease, i.e. flu, pneumonia, etc.

Friendly, helping, Positive, Passionate, Courteous.

My team never objects to helping each other in any situation.

Diverse and intelligent open-minded team

Most of us work together and when one needs help most of us are happy to help.

My team truly supports each other. We are in this together and we work as a family

We have different colors of ppl working here from different backgrounds. Everyone is easy to talk and to work with.

The "teamwork", we are all in this together aspect is unique and highly encouraged

The ability to volunteer and how the chief executive officer and the Chief experience officer are very involved with the retail level and how we can actually speak to them or ask them questions that involve our future.

How supportive everyone is of each other.

environment makes me feel protected, if a member is upset, then I don't feel like it is my fault. Management is good to back the bankers. mistakes are mistakes, but some members exaggerate and lie, so it's nice to know that i won't be thrown under the bus

We are usually busy working and days goes by faster. We have good vibes here. Everyone is cooperative.

Using my experience to help my team learn.

My co-workers and members. They are a great group of people to work with

Making a difference in my members lives. Offering our fee free services to new members. Being able to say we are fee free and not taking people's money that isn't ours to take in the first place.

The people I work with and the challenges of the job

I feel that I am doing a lot more work than others in my same position, and I am not being compensated or given any form of acknowledgement other than a pat on the back here and there. I think that improving training and having more competitive salaries can improve who is attracted to us.
