Most of us work together and when one needs help most of us are happy to help.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to get to a solution for a member or finding out an answer to their question

What makes you most happy at work?

Making a difference in my members lives. Offering our fee free services to new members. Being able to say we are fee free and not taking people's money that isn't ours to take in the first place.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The ability to volunteer and how the chief executive officer and the Chief experience officer are very involved with the retail level and how we can actually speak to them or ask them questions that involve our future.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

It isn't just about your role and you doing the description your job entails but also about learning more if you want to. You have the opportunity to grow if you want. My leadership team is able to be reached when i need help. They look out for you and your goals always.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I would have to say my current pay I'm contemt with at the moment at least. However i do wish we had quarterly compensation. It's something to look forward to and just push harder to give our best. Its a competitive world and some give more than others and compensation would show it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like there should be employee discount perks for things we normally use and i feel like the insurance should also have a higher converage for vision or an option to get more coverage vs the flat out 125$ max coverage for glasses because not everyone has great vision. we also need bonuses
