I have worked here for 25 years and every year has been new and challenging and has helped me grow. It's not always easy but it is usually worth the hard times. I love that Amplify is a place to come and learn and fail and do better and that there are mentors who help you along the way.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being here to see the positive sometimes life-changing effect that the work that we do has on our members and teammates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we are paid a market base pay and that our company regularly keeps up with salaries and makes adjustments to pay ranges as needed. We also have regular competitive merit increases and bonuses when our work exceed expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is intentional. We write down our values and our service standards and we teach it to our new team members and weave it through the way we do business. It is not just words, we live it every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have something at Amplify called "radical transparency" and it starts at the top with our CEO. There is no topic that is off-limits and the true unvarnished answers will always be shared with everyone. This maintains a truly open environment at our company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Amplify team members are from all backgrounds, experiences and walks of life and it shows in what they bring to their jobs everyday. We produce an incredible amount of work that is important to our members and our team members and we do it with quality and a focus on the future.
