My team is respectful, fun and smart! I enjoy interacting with them when possible. They are always willing to help when needed or asked.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love our CCH! I'm a huge advocate for spending time with our local communities and Amplify does just that. I also enjoy our bank holidays. =)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are open to feedback or suggestions. Even if we don't move forward with the idea, they are always willing to listen, provide feedback or move forward with it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that my thoughts and opinions matter even if they aren't in agreement. Management is always willing to hear my concerns without judgement. This is a huge help in my opinion because holding things in never ends in a personal healthy outcome.
