Dental is still HEALTHCARE, first and foremost. So if the oral health of your patients is not your FIRST PRIORITY, you have NO BUSINESS working in the field. Repulsive company.

Patients are catching on to how this company is run and there are new complaints every day, always pertaining to bait and switch or terrible quality. These people are not stupid.

Managers will pressure you to work through your lunch or off the clock. They will call you at home after hours to discuss patients on your personal time. You will be forced to volunteer your personal time for company events. Mandatory even though unpaid.

Catty, toxic behavior is well tolerated and encouraged. If you hire people who are dedicated to their jobs, this wouldn't be as pervasive. Unfortunately you'd need to be able to attract those quality candidates, and you'd have to actually be able to retain them.
