He is entirely full of himself and leads a company with a terrible culture. So what if you're working 12 days straight without a day off - as scheduled? Yes, you are expected to stay at work 2-5 hours after your 9 hour shift. Have a kid you need to take care of? A big exam at university? A second job? Too bad. Need 3 days off to get married? Go to a funeral? You will walk off the job before they fire you, because they only want people who bend over backwards.
