I don’t have a compensation package, I got a gift card for Christmas if that coun
I mean I got a gift card for Christmas I got no clue about any other compensation or benefits I get

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a really standout employee olivia, before Debbie came she handled everyone swap and drop shifts outside of the app because she actually understood our commitments and made a connection with us

What did you like most about the interview process?
Had a chill guy, super understanding that I had other commitments outside of this job (another job)
I had a very relaxed guy who didn’t work at the store full time, he was great and super understanding about how I also had other commitmen

My coworkers they’re amazing besides Debb
Everyone but Debbie. I love the meaningful connections I have with all my coworkers, they’re great people and we can all find how to accomodate each other which Debbie ignor
